Hatred and Division in USA

This is a typical example of the height of things in United States of America now. Is it due to the election or has it since been there?  Which ever it is, it

Have you killed a lion?

Recently at work, a colleague asked me what is the most stupid question I have been asked as an African. I told her its when people ask me if I have ever killed a lion. It's the year 2016 and internet is so full of any and every information you need and Americans still ask that kind of question. Anyway back to my story.
To my greatest shock, this colleague of mine asked me "But have you killed a lion?"
Seriously!, she just asked what is the most stupid question I have been asked and she turned around and asked the same question.  That's stupid.

Donald Trumps antics

I have been watching this campaign with keen interest, especially Trumps antics. I am 100% pro Hillary, but it is hard not to watch or listen to what new antics or abusive languages coming from the Trump camp. Some time ago we were made to believe that once he wins the republican nomination, he will become more Presidential in both words and actions. Instead he has gotten worse.
Crooked Hillary, Lyin Ted were words we heard every day from him during the primaries.
Now is he becoming racist? Recently he alleged that the Judge who is handling a case about Trump university will not give him a fair hearing because of his "Mexican heritage"
This has been criticized by almost all Republicans even the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan called it "the textbook definition of a racist comment" Senator Graham said "I think what he said about the judge was racist" Romney said the language could lead to "trickle down racism"
All the uproar about the judge was fazing out when trump came up with another word which he had actually used before to describe senator Elizabeth warren. He called her "Pocahontas" "the Indian" These is scary coming from a potential President of the United States. It will be a massive job for his aids to contain him if he ever becomes president. As it is, the republicans have lost control of the man and all they can do is watch from the sidelines as he makes or mars their chances of winning back the presidency. I don't envy their position. they will be pinching themselves, asking how they ended up with this man, Trump, because everyday they will be on the defensive, defending what Trump said or actions he took throughout the campaign trail.
Everyday Hillary is getting endorsements while his republican party members are busy chastising him. His antics might have worked for him during the primaries, but this is a larger playing field and he is giving the democrats an easy ride to the presidency. Ride on Trump. Come up with new words, keep up the attacks.

Golden State Warriors will win this tournament

I like basketball, but only when I watch clips of fantastic plays. I have never really watched a full game of basketball, but I understand the game. I don't have the patience to sit through all the breaks in American sports and commercials too. It makes it boring for me.
The longest I have ever watched a game was when Dallas Mavericks won the championship or what ever it is called. I watched all of the last quarter.
I have not watched up to two minutes of the present final between Cleveland and Golden state warriors but I have always looked at the result in the morning when I wake up to prepare for work. When Cleveland won 120-90, I felt we will see a game seven but I don't think so now, Golden state will win by 4-2. I love Lebron James and I respect what he has done for the game, but one man cannot win the game for a team. The whole team has to have almost the same level of energy and determination for them to win and that is what Golden state has going for them. If their main player Steve Curry is not playing well, Klay Thompson will pick up or Iguodalo will come from the bench and have a fantastic game. They have the mindset of winners and it is pushing them on. The OKC games is a testament to this and that spirit is still there. In my mind I want Cleveland to win the finals but Golden state will win it.

Niger Delta Avengers

Recently a new faceless militant group emerged from the South South part of Nigeria which calls itself the Niger Delta Avengers. This group has been bombing pipelines of major oil companies in the country, especially, Shell, AGIP, Chevron and other multinational companies in the Niger Delta area of Nigeria. This has really affected the resources of these companies and the country as well. The group said their main target is to stop western companies from buying Nigerian oil, and to secede from the country and for the world to see what is happening in the oil producing areas of the country.
My Take; Assuming they get the self determination they are asking for, who will develop the oil in their land? These same companies they are disrupting their operations definitely. Will there be any change or improvement? No. Unless they tackle their elders who have been receiving money from these companies for a long time and kept quiet. Their people are their problem. They should look within, cause these same people are going to continue to collect money from these corporations and keep quiet while the land is being destroyed.
Now comes the question of how these militants get their money. A few years back when the Nigeria military dislodged MEND and the rest of the militants, we read in the news that a book of records was discovered that had the names of sponsors and beneficiaries of those groups. Was anyone prosecuted after that? No. That is the Nigerian story, instead the militants were granted government amnesty after all the atrocities they committed. If the sponsors had been prosecuted, do you think we will be having a problem with the so called Avengers now?
In the typical Nigeria characteristics, somebody is making huge gains from what avengers are doing right now. That's who the security agencies should be looking for. How does Avengers get their money and weapons if they are not involved in kidnapping or armed robbery? They have a sponsor or sponsors. Find these sponsors, find avengers. Avengers are mere foot soldiers carrying out instructions. Cut of the head and the body will die.
The idea of a foreign group sponsoring them should not be overlooked. Because as far as the avengers continue to cause these disruptions in the oil industry, prices will be rising globally and a lot of people will gain from that.

Hillary Clinton has won at last.

Even though counts are still going on in California, all indicators points to Hillary Clinton being the democratic party presidential nominee, thereby being the first woman to do so. At least the U.S. is catching up to the rest of the world in equality issue. She has fought a great fight. She has won, but Benny Sanders should not be forgotten. He made it more interesting. Nobody gave him any chance but he stuck to his philosophy and belief and continued to fight. Seriously, I think Bennie knew he will not win, but giving Clinton a fight is the beauty of democracy.
Now that it is all over, democrats have to come together and decide on the way forward. They have to convince Bennie to bring his supporters to the fray. They have to carry everyone along. On Thursday, Bennie Sanders will meet with President Obama, I hope the president understand the importance of making this point to Bennie. The democratic party has to come together, that is the only way they can beat that comic, Trump.

Is Nigeria turning into a dictatorship?

There has been a lot of arrests going on in Nigeria since our self righteous President Muhammadu Buhari came into government. A lot of them for a good cause. But it is worrying how these arrests are being carried out by agents of the government EFCC or DSS.  Another worrying part is the disobedience of court order. Then how come it is mostly members of the opposition parties that are mostly indicted, especially the very loud ones. But the most worrying side of it is how the president remains quiet in the mist of all these court order violations. My point, is that investors use these as criteria to know a safe country to invest in and with these actions, is it safe to invest in Nigeria, right now? This government should should look at all aspect of the consequences of their actions, because Nigerians are not blind to all this. Already from every indicators and mathematics APC will not win in 2019, but they should not make it easy for the opposition.

IS NIGERIA BECOMING A FAILED STATE?

News coming out of Nigeria does not look good. It is becoming obvious that the APC led government does not have a clear roadmap and strategy after one year of governance. Things have gone from bad to worse. Rich and poor are crying. Both local and foreign investors are running scared. The government has not been consistent with any monetary policy except that they will not devalue the naira and peged it at N197 to the dollar. But the effects of these policies are beginning to tell. Recently Central bank of Nigeria said it will stop its 15 months old peg of the naira to the dollar which definitely overvalued the currency. They will now adopt a new flexible monetary policy, and will issue guidelines at the appropriate time. This has got investors scared. The result will be speculation and that's not a good thing for the economy which has taken a lot of battering.
With the present monetary policy, Nigeria is owing airlines over $591m and cannot repatriate the money, because they can't. Why? One is made to ask. During Jonathan's government the country did not have these problems.
Iberia airlines has stopped the Nigerian route, United airlines will follow on June 30th, Lufthansa and British airways are studying the situation.
This is not good for the country and what is the government doing about it? Nobody knows. Not even the government, by the look of things. Their solution is to arrest opposition members and pave way for the return of APC in 2019.

Conversation with a thief (Season 1 episode 1)

I am not going to reveal where this conversation took place, but it was for real.
"What will you do when you come out from prison?" I asked the young man.
"I will go back to stealing, that's all I know how to do"
"Why don't you learn a skill now that you are here?" I asked. "The state provides it for free"
"No that won't give me enough. Do you know I can make your salary on a good day?"
"But on a bad day you will be caught" I said.
"It doesn't happen often. Do you know how many times I have stolen before I was caught?"
"No"
"Over 30 times"
"And did you make money in all of them?"
"No. But can you guess the highest amount I have made?"
"No"
"Try a guess"
"Ok. $500"
He smiled. "No, $9000. I found it in an empty apartment"
"How long did the money last for you?"
"Close to a month"
"And after that what did you do"
"I went back to stealing"
"And you were caught"
"Yes"
"Does that not teach you something?"
"No. The punishment is light compared to the crime"
"How many years do you have?"
"9 years"
I was shocked. 9 years in prison and somebody thinks it's nothing.
"How old are you?"
"23 years"
"Long have you been here?"
"5 years"
Still shocked.
I will stop here to come out of my shock. I will continue this conversation to show where it leads to.

Football season is getting to an end. So what's next?

Finally Leicester lifted the English premier league title. Harry Kane topped the league with 25 goals, but it was the players from Leicester that caught the eye. James Vardy, Megharez, Morgan the captain and Ngolo Kante, the most wanted defensive midfielder in the Premiership. Another news that made headlines was St Totteringham Day. How Tottenham almost, I say almost clinched the title but they started tottering to the extent that on the final day they only needed a point to come second and end the season above Arsenal for the first time in 21 years, but they collapsed at Newcastle, losing 5 - 1 to a ten man team. At least arsenal fans has something to celebrate.
Barcelona made the great escape and lifted the La liga, after stuttering for about two or three games. And for once we don't get to talk about Messi or Ronaldo, but Luis Suarez. Yes Suarez, the biter. He out scored everybody, notching in 40 la liga goals. To think that Wenger had opportunity to buy him. but could only price him at 4000,001 pounds was a joke. Zidane won 21 games, drew 3 and lost 2. Good record for a first timer who took over when the team looked like they were not doing well.  Ligue 1 was since won by PSG with Ibrahimovich scoring 38 Ligue 1 goals. Respect to him. Now he is leaving unless they replace the Eiffel tower with his statue. There is a rumour he might end up in Arsenal. Hopefully.
Juventus won Seria A but Gonzalo Higuian made headlines after breaking Gunnar Nordahl's 66 year old record of 35 goals. He scored a hat-trick on the last day to take his tally to 36 making him the highest goal scorer in Italy. Another news of note is Klose, yes Klose. The world cup goals record holder, who is the most capped German player at 137 that saw him appear in four world cups. At 38 years of age, he made his 139th appearance for Lazio capping it with his 54th goal for the club. Respect to him.
Bundesliga was easily won by Bayern although Dortmund made a spirited effort to catch them. Lewandoski was the highest goal scorer with 30 goals. Some of the main headline news was Matts Hummel voicing his willingness to move to Bayern before the season was over and signing a deal with them before his last match. Long time ago Pep Guardiola also said he was leaving Bayern and heading to the Premiership. this caused a little furore in England as top managers became fearful for their position. he was accused of causing confusion and taking undue advantage. Well it's no longer news that he has signed a deal with Mancity.
Now that it is almost over, with the Europa cup on Wednesday 18th May 2016 and champions league on 28th May to cap a dramatic window, what's next for the clubs and players? Euro 2016 is also around the corner.
Transfer news of course. I will keep you posted on who is going where and who is staying.

Corporate Fraud in United States

Corporate fraud in United States is very common. By this I mean when big companies treats a customer in the wrong way and you won't know who to talk to or how to go about getting compensation. I have experienced it with ATT drop calls and still being charged for those calls. Moving my phone upgrade several months forward when I should have paid up for the phone.
In April I bought  six tickets from Spirit airline to come back to Dallas from Chicago. On that day I got several emails from the company saying the 7.57pm flight was delayed and as at 7.54pm I got the last one saying the flight has been moved to 8.46pm. Okay, I and my sisters decided to chill. Around 8.26 I decided to go and ask the desk ladies what time we will start boarding and they told me the plane left at 8.25pm and the board behind them showed the plane left at the time. I was livid with anger, as there was no announcement to announce boarding. As at 8.15pm, they were still issuing boarding pass to passengers. Around 8.50pm, I got another email from them that the plane left at 8.20pm, contradicting the display board time that showed 8.25. They started refunding or rescheduling passengers to 9.15am flight. Because I had my wife , two sisters and two children with me I bought another ticket from United airlines. The spirit airline staff assured me I can get my refund from Dallas office. The rest of the story is history. after series of calls and emails they gave me a voucher for future travel to be used before June 16th.
Recently, I made a couple of bucks through my blog and I was excited. I had told a lot of my friends about my blog and they were excited too. Then I woke up on morning, opened my email and there was an no reply email from Google claiming that I was clicking on my own ads and there goes my money. All the sleepless nights and efforts gone. and who do I report to? Nobody.
The government should look into all these little frauds and find a way to protect the average person because when you add all the money involved in these frauds and multiply it by the millions of people going through these on a daily basis, these companies are making millions

"Fantastically Corrupt"

The above adjectives is the way British Prime Minister, David Cameron described my beloved country Nigeria, "Fantastically Corrupt" This caused an outrage in Nigeria. It got me wondering, what is actually wrong with the statement? Who are the people outraged? Is it because he used the word "fantastically"? Are we not Corrupt? Nigeria is corrupt, simple. If not, how do we describe the actions of people like Dasuki, Ohakim, Deziani, Udenwa, Haruna, Nenadi Usman, and the rest of them that I did not mention or I won't have any space to finish this article, who took billions of Naira that was meant for other projects. How do you describe when a top government officials takes money from Central Bank and give it out like it is his personal money? How do you describe the country that has an outfit like NIMASA where billions of Naira were paid for projects that does not exist?
These people that are outraged are the same people that are involved in these acts. If they don't want the country to be labeled corrupt, then how do we describe the country where Customs and Immigration officers at the international airport will stand right in the mist of everybody and tell a traveler that the food items he is carrying out of the country will be quarantined. They do everything possible to delay and frustrate the traveler, but once you produce a couple of Naira notes, the food items will be let through. How do we describe a country where Police Inspector General said that renewing tinted glass license is free, yet Nigerians are made to pay N25000 by the police for renewal. I don't even want to go into police extortion on the roads or bailing somebody at the police stations. The list is endless.
President Buhari is doing a good job fighting corrupt, but the country has not yet reached that stage where the corruption tag can be removed. So he should not be "embarrassed" as his press secretary said.

Nigerians have suffered enough.

Fuel now to sell N145.00 in Nigeria from N87.00. That's almost a 70% increase. The question now is how is the government going to compensate Civil and Public servants whose salaries can barely purchase anything or sustain them throughout the month. Are they going to increase salary? What contingency plan do they have for these government workers or are they going to wait until Labour Union threatens or goes on strike before they make any plans for the workers. Definitely, business men will raise the price of their products in order to compensate for the raise. Transportation will go up. So the poor civil servant who has three kids in university and one or two in private schools will be caught in between. How will the worker make ends meet? I hope the government already has an answer or solution to the above questions, because they will arise.
Removing the fuel subsidy is the best thing that will happen to the country if managed very well. Corrupt government officials and business men have bled the country with subsidy. Removing it is supposed to create competition and bring prices down in the long run, and make the product available. But how are we sure importers of petroleum products are not going to connive and keep the price high to maximize profit? knowing the country's business environment, I hope that won't be the case. Monitoring agencies should be effective, because Nigerians have suffered enough.
In the United States, price of petroleum products keeps fluctuating, because their is real competition. In the last two years it has gone down almost 50%. Nigeria has a lot to learn from this country on managing our oil.

Is Pep Guardiola a fluke?

First, let me congratulate Leicester City football club for winning the English premiership. That was quite a feat. I will not fail to thank Chelsea FC for making it possible by making sure Totteringham did not win. That game was like a WWE match. 9 yellow cards to Tottenham players. What happened to the beautiful game?
Now let me get back to the issue at hand. Pep Guardiola will not win the champions league with Bayern. It is now official, after three years of managing the club. Pep is a good coach, especially with his football philosophy, tika-taka. He dominates the opponent. People claim he did well in Barcelona because of Messi and Xavi, and a good team. That might be true or not. I don't care how he achieved that with Barcelona, but I have never liked his idea of leaving a team when he doesn't achieve something or feels his team is weakening. That does not make him a great coach. He is now heading to Manchester City, English premiership where a team like Leicester can win the title. After three years, how are we going to judge him? Is he going to win the premiership, yes I think maybe once. Is he going to win the champions league? I don't think so. So where does that place him? Is he going to run to seria A or ligue 1? Those are the two best options that will be left and he won't have any other big leagues to run to.
I wrote this about him in March and I still believe it to be true. At Manchester City, he will not dominate the premiership. He does not have as much quality players there as in Barcelona and Bayern. But he is going to buy. Big names will follow him but when these big names and big clubs finally realize that he is a hit and run coach, what's going to become of him? I will be alive and I will see. But I think the premiership is going to expose him real bad and he is going to be frustrated. Then what? Run or will he stay? We will find out.

Nigeria facing another problem

Nigeria has almost won the war against boko haram, now they are up against another problem. Fulani herdsmen. They have been attacking villages, killing and maiming innocent citizens. Agatu, and now Nimbo in Enugu state. They are also involved in kidnapping. Evidence is the kidnapping of Olu Falae from his farm.
These men have become a menace to society.
This brings up a lot of questions, like, why are they killing innocent people. Wqho is arming them, because we know on their own they don't have the wherewithal to get such sophisticated weapons? What purpose do their financiers hope to achieve? Why are the northern governors defending them? It was the same scenario when boko haram started, the northern governors kept silent. Are there individuals trying to make sure this government does not succeed?
These are issues security agencies have to sort out before the situation escalates. The earlier they nip this in the bud the better.

It was funny watching this lady fall so many times in figure skating, so I decided to record this. She was trying to do a certain style but never succeeded.

Is China taking over the world?

I know when you see this picture of a plastic bag, in my blog, the question on your mind is, "what's up with the plastic bag?
Notice two significant things about the bag. One, it has patients belongings written on it, which means it is from a hospital. Two, it has made in China on it.
The story about this plastic bag is that I got it from a hospital in Dallas, Texas, United States of America not in China. Since then almost every hospital I had reason to visit I have purposely asked for a bag and I get the same bag, made in China and imported into United States of America. I am perplexed. Why would the U.S.import plastic bags from China? Plastic bags..... That's absurd. Has it come to this level? The U.S.now outsource production of plastic bags to China. Does it mean that cheap plastic bags cannot be produced in this country? It's amazing how every country in the world is losing everything to China. But the U.S., that's unexplainable. A plastic bag.
I am still shaking my head in disbelief.

Cleveland to pay Tamir Rice family $6m

A settlement has been agreed between the city of Cleveland and Tamir Rice family.
Tamir Rice was a 12 year old kid playing with a pellet gun in Cudell recreation center in west boulevard in November 2014, when two police officers, Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback responded to a call of somebody with a  gun. Officer Timothy shot the kid. Tamir Rice died on the 23rd November, the day after the shooting. The shooting caused a lot of uproar in the U.S. and around the world about police brutality.
Tamir Rice estate will receive $5.5m and the boys mother Samaria and sister Tajai will each receive $250,000 each. $3m will be paid in 2016 and the remaining in 2017. But the payment needs a final approval from the Cuyahoga county probate judge.
The ruling left a lot of issues lingering. But the settlement might be a sign that the parties involved did not want to go through a tortuous legal battle that will last for years.

Is Nigeria winning the war against Boko Haram?

Recently the Nigerian military announced they have gained a lot of grounds against the dreaded terrorist group, boko haram. All the local government areas formerly under the control of the terrorist group have been recovered by the military. People are going back to their homes, even though in fear. There are still a pocket of resistance from the group, but they have resorted more to their old ways of suicide bombers. Recently an audio message by their once combative leader Alhaji Shekau came out urging the groups fighters to give up and that he was ready to negotiate. But the military dismissed the audio as a deceptive move to enable the group regroup, which I completely agree with. The military is presently clearing the Sambisa forest and capturing a lot of the groups leaders, even the deputy to the groups hierarchy. The food and military supply has been considerably cut off. This has made the group come out often to steal from villages. The military is really winning.
The military should be commended for this success, but one issue remains. An issue that actually caused an uproar around the world and brought countries together in the fight against the group. "The Chibok girls"
Where are they? What did the group do with them? Recently, a video showing 15 of them was leaked. That revealed to the world that there is a negotiation going on between the group and government. If the military can find those girls, that is when Nigerians will truly believe the war is won.

250 Special Ops to Syria

President Obama announced the U.S. government will be sending additional 250 Special Ops forces to Syria. U.S. already has 50 military personnel there on advisory capacity. What impact will this have in the war against ISIS and the Assad regime in Syria. The forces will not be involved in active combat but will carry weapons to defend themselves if attacked.

Is drug the cause of Pike county killings?

Investigators discovered marijuana growth in three homes of the families killed in Pike county. Does this mean drug was involved? Sources claimed the amount of marijuana farm discovered is not for personal use.
Attorney General DeWine said the operation was well planned and methodical. He continued, that a lot of effort was made by the killers to hinder investigation and prosecution.
Over a hundred people have been interrogated and some evidences have been taken by the police. It will be a long investigation.

Nigerians are suffering.

Tell me how in the world a nation that is the 9th highest producer of crude oil will have fuel/gas scarcity. Not just a scarcity for a day or two but for months. And the Minister of petroleum had a solution, which is telling Nigerians that he is not a "magician" A few months ago Nigerians were made to believe that the four refineries are almost ready to start working at full capacity, but since March 2016 there has been a fuel scarcity that is threatening to last till May. This has caused the price of oil products to quadruple and caused long lines at the Filling stations. The price of goods have also skyrocketed, because of the cost of transportation.
Today is 23rd of April, and the 2016 budget has not been passed. Projects have been going on and the President has been throttling around the globe. The Senate recently bought 36 Landcruiser jeeps worth millions of Naira. Other expenditures have been going on, salaries are being paid. From what allocation are these expenditures being sponsored. The list goes on and on and on.
Every government that has come always promised Nigerians power/ electricity. Within the first few months of that government, power improves then it goes kapooof. Power has never reached 5000 megawatts in a very very long time in a country of over 170 million. And all every Nigerian asked of the government is steady power and leave the rest to them. The cost of production is permanently high in Nigeria because of lack of power. Companies spend so much on fuel and gas, that when added to the cost of production, prices go up. This is why Nigerian products cannot compete with foreign products in the market.
The above analysis has been repeating itself since Shagari government in the eighties, till now. One wonders with all the promises being made by all in coming governments why these basic problems have not been tackled and surpassed at this age and time.
All these have put Nigerians through great suffering and there is no end in sight. Not with the way this present government is managing the government. Nigerians thought the last government of Goodluck Jonathan had no clue, now we see what the original having no clue is like. Nigerians are suffering, big time.
I have lived in the U.S. for a few years now and I know that Nigerians are suffering. A few of my friends who have visited for a few weeks or months have attested to the fact that Nigerians are suffering.
Some of my foreign readers will not understand this, but Nigerians in Nigeria are suffering.

Part Kenyan Obama.....

The above headline is how Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London described President Obama, part Kenyan. He wrote that because of President Obama's  "part Kenyan heritage ancestral dislike of the British empire" he does not understand the U.K.s position in the European union.
President Obama and his wife made a visit to the U.K. to show support to the Prime Minister's position on the coming referendum on whether the U.K.should remain in the European union or not.
Boris Johnson is leading the opposition, that wants U.K. out of the union. He has received a lot of back lashes for the comments and has been asked to withdraw the statement.

Nigeria's economy in depression

No matter how much the Nigerian government tries to deny it, the economy is in depression. The Naira, the nations monetary currency is already devalued, not officially though. The government pegged the dollar exchange for the Naira at 197-199, but there is not enough dollars in circulation to meet demand. The country is heavily dependent on imported goods, even finished refined oil products which the country is the 9th highest producer. Importers now resort to the black market where one dollar is exchanged for N320 to N325. Yet with all these indices the government has refused to devalue the Naira. The IMF, World bank and financial experts have advised the government to devalue, they refused. Meanwhile, Nigerians continue to buy goods at the price of black market exchange rate.
Price of everything has quadrupled. Money at hand is limited. Purchasing power is almost at zero. Civil servants are being owed salaries months in arrears. Yet the President Mohammadu Buhari has vehemently stated that he will not devalue the Naira. What next for the country we do not know. Many Nigerians have resorted to God and prayer, hoping that one day it shall be well. Will it, I don't think so. Not with the way the present government is managing things.

Pike county killings (updated information)

Another dead body has been discovered in a fourth home, raising the total number of the dead to 8. Two babies were discovered alive. They are five days old and  six months old babies. It is not known yet if the new body is a member of the three families that were murdered. The horrific scene was discovered by a family member who came to carry out her normal routine of feeding the dogs and chickens. She is talking to the police, a family spokesperson said.
The police is not treating the case as an active shooter situation. Meanwhile other family members are scared for their lives, as no motives has been determined for the killings.

"Execution style" murder in Pike county (Updated)

Five adults and two children have been killed, "execution style" in three homes in Pike county, Ohio. Pike county is about 80 miles from Cincinnati. Police says there is no active shooter. All the victims are believed to be members of the same family. Schools in Pike county and surroundings have been put on lock down. The Ohio bureau of investigation has sent over a dozen officers to help with the investigation. We will continue to monitor the situation and post any new developments.
Two babies survived the execution. A 5 days old and 6 months old. A relative  discovered the horrifyingly scene families when she came to feed the dogs and chickens, which was her daily routine. Another body was discovered and police has not said if the dead body was a member of the family or not.

Game of Thrones season 6 in pictures

Game of Thrones has officially been renewed for the 7th season by HBO. There is speculation that it will on run 7 episodes and season 8 will run 6. But the producers have always succeeded in keeping us guessing. First we have to finish season 6, then we start thinking of what's to come next.

Snowden wins award

Edward Snowden has won an award for freedom of speech from PEN international, Norway. He plans to go and receive the award, but there is a catch. The law firm representing him in Norway, Schjoedt , plans to sue the Norwegian government for free passage  to Norway to receive the award. This is to stop the Norwegian government from having the powers to extradite him to the U.S.

We will monitor the situation and see how it works out.

Aguero, Ozil miss out on PFA team of the year (photos)

I know most people have read this several times, I had to bring it up because it still baffles me. I have looked at the names that made up the PFA team of the year, they are good, they deserve to be mentioned, but you cannot put some of them ahead of Aguero who has scored 22 goals. Mathematically, he will score more goals. Ozil has 18 assists, 2 short of a premiership record and 6 goals and he was not in the list. Ozil is in the form of his life. His assist is more than any player in Europe top leagues, yet he did not make the PFA team of the year. It makes one wonder the criteria for these votes. Or even the mindset of the voters.

Trumps Jet not Registered

It has just been discovered that Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trumps private jet is not registered with Federal Aviation Authority, to fly. The planes registration expired on January 30th and has not been re-registered. Although he has up to April 30th to register the plane. The cost is only $5. But the penalty for flying an unregistered plane might be up to $250,000 or it might take up to 5 years to register the plane again. I bet Trump can afford a new one if this one is grounded.
The FAA has already warned Mr Trump and a final notice was given to the company that manages the jet on Dec 1st according to records reviewed by some major news media.

Ramsay Bolton, most hated person on tv

Iwan Rheon who plays the sadistic  Ramsay Bolton in Game of Thrones, is the most hated person on tv now. His actions are so hateful you wish he will be the next death in the show. He flails his victims with such glee that makes you want him dead. Jeoffrey was no match to him in doing hateful things. He hunts a girl down with a hound, bow and arrow. He raped the adorable Sansa the night after their wedding and made Reek watch. Now, he is typecast. He will be acting as a young Hitler in the television movie "Adolf, the artist". Isn't that obvious. I bet he will be getting such casting from producers for quite some time.

Nigerian big girls scared of elevator part 2

I posted a video of some Nigerian girls scared of getting into the elevator. This is a sequel, but you have to watch it through my YouTube channel. It will surprise you how long it took some of the girls to get into the elevator.

Trump blunders

Donald Trump slipped up in New York without realizing he did so. Instead of saying 9/11, he said 7/11 the gas station. Here is a text of his speech "I wrote this out, and it's very close to my heart. Because I was down there and I watched our police and our firemen down at 7/11 down at the World Trade Center right after it came down. And I saw the greatest people I've ever seen in action".

U.S. ambassador to UN convoy killed a 7 year old boy in Cameroon

While visiting Internally Displaced People in a village in Cameroon, the U.S. ambassador to UN, Samantha Powers convoy hit a boy who died later at the hospital. The vehicle stopped, but was ordered to drive on. Samantha Powers later visited the family, but we have no idea if any compensation was agreed on. The ambassador was visiting the IDP camps to show U.S. support in the fight against boko haram.

Devil and the deep blue sea ( photo)

Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones) and Jason Sudeikis ( Horrible Bosses) will be starring in a soon to be coming movie, Devil and the deep blue sea. It is a story based on a man who lost his pregnant wife, then met a homeless streetwise girl and they decided to build a raft out of trash to sail across the Atlantic. Why anybody will do that I don't know, but we will find out when the movie comes out. I will not be looking to see the reason though. My main focus will be to see how Maisie sheds off the ghost of Arya Stark in this movie. Though its almost the same story, because in game of thrones she was very street wise, that's how she has been able to survive in the show that does not give a damn about killing off its stars.

BARCELONA SLIPS UP AGAIN

Fifteen days ago, Barcelona was leading La Liga with 9 points, but after losing 3 la liga matches in a row, the story is now different. Athletico has the same points with Barcelona and Real Madrid is a point behind. Is Barcelona losing concentration or is it fatigue? A draw or a lose will definitely take the title away from them, because Real and Athletico does not seem like they are going to slow down. La liga is getting more interesting.

Nigerian girls scared of elevator part 1

I posted this from my YouTube channel. It was hilarious watching these girls being afraid of getting into the elevator. They made several attempts, even as kids (my sons) got into the elevator and offered to help them too. I will post the part two soon so you know how it ended

Champions league semi final draw

Real Madrid Will be taking on Manchester City, while Bayern Munich will tackle Athletico Madrid who surprisingly knocked out Barcelona. Are we looking at a Madrid final. Pelligrini will be meeting his former Real Madrid players. Is it an advantage for him, having coached some of the players in his one year stint there. Pep Guardiola avoided meeting his new club. What a match up that would have been. Then it would have been more dramatic if ManCity knocks his present club out. That would be a good way for Pel to leave doubt in the mind of City owners. Simone has been able to transform Athletico into a competitive club, besting the best teams in the world. Is this his time to lift the trophy? He knows Pep as much as Pep knows him, so it will be an interesting game. Zidane is the new comer among the bunch, but he has lifted the trophy as a player. Will he lift it as a coach? It will be a good semi final and I hope the best teams win.

Barcelona vs Athletico Madrid 2-0

Game of throne first viewer

Guess who is going to be among the first to see the Game of Thrones season 6? President Obama. I guess you didn't see that coming. Liam Cunningham (Sir Davos ) dropped the news sometime ago and a few days ago the producers of the TV show confirmed it in their own words, "When the commander in chief says I want to see advanced episodes, what are you gonna do?" So I guess Mr President is as anxious as you and I to know the fate of Jon Snow I don't blame him. He needs a break from all the DC politics, trying to convince Republicans to accept Garland to the supreme court and all other politicking around him. Well. on 24th April we will catch up speed with you Mr President. Happy viewing

The Red Woman (Game of Thrones)

The most eagerly awaited TV show, Game of Thrones has come out with a title for the first episode of the show, scheduled for opening on the 24th of April 2016 "THE RED WOMAN" Now let the speculation start. Being that Melisandre was with Jon Snow's corpse in the first trailer of the new season, your guess is as good as mine. Do not be disappointed if things don't turn out the way you anticipated. The producers of the show have been known to disappoint with the way they knock out big stars of the show. But being that Jon Snow recently signed a $300,000 weekly salary for 2 years, let's keep hoping. Though, part of the agreement was that, signing the agreement does not guarantee the star will remain alive in the show. So let the game begin.

POWER GENERATION IN NIGERIA CRUMBLED TO ZERO

Nigeria's power generation collapsed on Thursday at exactly 12.58pm to zero megawatt. Zero megawatt. I know you are wondering how this is possible. Well that's not the end of the story. This situation lasted for 3hours. Three good hours. I know my audience is wondering how this can be. Well, welcome to Nigeria. The land where everything is possible. The effect of corruption. Unfulfilled promises by politicians. How can a country live in darkness? Nigerians can tell you how to. Billions of dollars have been pumped into this sector, but instead of going into the projects, it has gone into private pocket. This is a video of the situation I encountered at the Murtala Mohammed international Airport in Nigeria. There was no power and we had to trip on people's foot and fanning ourselves because it was crazily hot in there.

Vulnerable President Trump

Among all the Presidential candidates in the U.S presidential campaign, the most vulnerable candidate is Donald Trump. Within a space of three hours he changed his position on abortion three times. While the world is trying to reduce the number of countries with nuclear capabilities, Trump said he will allow more countries to acquire nuclear weapon, including Saudi Arabia. I think Donald Trump does not think before he talk, which is one of the attributes of a good speaker. But being that he had enough time to prepare for the interview and with the number of advisers he has around him, why is he fumbling so much? These are the same people that will form the crux of his government. Is he not a Presidential material? Me thinks so. He is too rash to be a president, not to talk the president of the United States Of America. What a president he will be. I have said this before, America does not need a radical or fanatical president. Every word that has come from the man has been full of scandal. Yet people follow him. He is still leading the GOP presidential race. Like the Japanese representative at the nuclear summit said, that Japan is watching. The whole world is also watching the race.

Game of Thrones trailer 2

"Are you afraid? you should be" those were the words of Tyrion Lannister. "You're in the great game now. Great games are terrifying" Great quotes came from this trailer, but it leaves us the more clueless of what to expect. We are left with a lot of questions. But that is the fun of the great game. Less than a month now for the great Games to start. 24th of April 2016

Game of thrones trailer 1

Come April 24th our favourite TV fantasy drama will come alive. Puzzles will be solved and questions will be answered.

Trumpet for President

I have said it before and I am saying it again, it will be hilarious if Donald Trump ever, ever becomes the President of the United State of America. A man that cannot stand on anything he ever said. He is a pro lifer, yet he is not a pro lifer. The three functions of government are Security, health  and Education and security, security security. His supporters say he is not a politician thats why he is not able to talk like them. He does a lot of umm when he talks. Yes I agree with them he is not, that is why America does not need somebody like him to be President. He will be a mockery to the greatness of the United States. He is so uncoordinated for a President. He does not give direct answers to questions. His ideas and policies are not clear. He doesn't seem to know how government is run. His populist ideas are what people want to hear but that is an occupational hazard to the Republican party. He will destroy the party if he continues this way. The only thing consistent about him is that he is so inconsistent. He sounds like a trumpet at times Just blowing sound, and changing tone as soon as you try to settle to the first tone. How anybody thinks someone like that is fit to be the president of a great country like USA baffles me. He abuses and allows women to be abused. He encourages violence by his supporters. He thinks he is still in the entertainment industry. He does not know what he is trying to do is straight business. I am watching to see how Americans can allow this mockery to happen. The whole world is watching.
too.

What a dope head (photos)

Mustafa, the hyjacker of Egyptian airline, looks fake, was wearing a fake bomb and one of his demands was to see his ex-wife from Cyprus. What a dope head he is. He should have taken a bus, taxi or whatever type of transport they use over there and travel to Cyprus. Now

he will end up in prison for a very very long time, she might come visit him there. Good luck with that. There, is a picture of him with his hands raised walking towards a military tank

Asking a terrorist for a Selfie, stupid or smuck (photos)

What the hell? Bennie Innes, from London, a hostage in the hyjacked Egyptian airlines took a Selfie with the hostage taker, Mustafa.

Unbelievable. What will make you ask a terrorist for a Selfie? I can't comprehend that. What of if he was a real terrorist? I bet this young man would have been dead for wanting fifteen minutes of fame. The world is going crazy. I will not advice this at all for any reason

Trump for President, LOL

Trump becoming the President of U.S. will be a mockery to the U.S. He cannot have a decent five minutes interaction without using incentives. All the stuff he is claiming he will do will not go through Senate or the House. For the rest of his Presidency he will be busy fighting the national assembly instead of moving America forward. America will loose it's greatness and allies. No ally will support his lofty and unreasonable ideas. In as much as we hate politics and politicians, politics still rules, and makes the world more moderate. People like Trump will not succeed in that world. America is too big for radicalism. He might be a successful business man but he will not be a successful President. World leaders will isolate him. No country can make it alone. Instead of making America great as he claims, he will "ungreat" (my invention) America. Leaders will walk out from meetings with him. America is not Celebrity Apprentice. Anyway Trump will never be President.

Jon Snow is alive( photo)

A photo of Game of thrones Jon snow caught by watchers on the wall is on the internet showing Jon at a shooting site dressed in the Stark family war uniform with a different hair style. Does it mean he is no longer a member of the night watch. Does this picture help solve the mystery of his death in season 5. The Throne watchers are hoping so. Everyone agrees he still has a big part to play. April 24th is one month away. We will find out.

Game of thrones photos

New pictures are now emerging showing what to expect in season 6 of hit TV series, Game of Thrones. Blind arya, Mother of Dragons sprawled on the grass like a nobody. Bran getting some lessons from the three eyed raven. We will keep you posted.

WINTER IS COMING HAS REACHED FEVER PITCH

Image for the news result

For Game of Throne lovers, the wait has reached fever pitch. Come April 24th it is expected that the TV show by HBO will break viewing records. The Throne lovers are mostly waiting to confirm one news, WHAT IS THE FAITH OF JOHN SNOW? Is he alive or is he dead? If he is alive, is he going to retaliate against the men of the night watch that betrayed him? or will he be naïve and let them live? Lets wait and see. What is the faith of Khaleesi? Will she be able to rally the Dothraki behind her, or is their a possibility that Kal Drogo is alive? I heard from the grape vine that it is a possibility. what will be her faith if he is? Lets wait and see
